✦ GENERAL TERMS

• My artistic style can vary a bit, I'm always trying to improve.
• I can draw: original characters, fantasy/DnD characters, couples, fan art, mild horror/body horror, suggestive or nudity.
• I can’t draw: Mecha, complicated armor or furries.
• I’ll refuse to draw any content that is hateful/ illegal, explicit nsfw or anything that makes me uncomfortable.
• At the moment the commissioned artwork is only digital, I don’t provide physical products for it.
• The size of the canvas is mainly 3200x4600 / 350 DPI, but depending on the order the canvas size may change to fit the illustration better (for single icons the main size is 1000x1000 / 350 DPI).

✦ Copyright and Use

Artist rights
• I reserve the right to post the final product on my portfolio and social media, such as record the process and post it as well.
• I own the copyright and ownership of the commissioned artwork.
• I will not claim any ownership rights over any character (original character or a show character) whose creation was commissioned from me.
• I reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if it violates any of my terms of service.Client rights
• The commission artwork is for personal usage, don’t turn it into a commercial product.
• The client has the right to use the artwork on their social media account and post it, it includes using the artwork as a banner, wallpaper or icon.
• The client is allowed to use the artwork for physical products, such as posters, stickers, keychains, etc. for personal use only.
• You are not allowed to remove my signature from the artwork for any reason and don’t claim the art was made by you.
• The client is prohibited from using any WIP or final artwork to train AI, NFTs, or anything related to cryptocurrency or artificial intelligence training.

✦ Work process and Revisions

• I will provide updates on each stage of the order.
• The first sketch may contain the pose or in certain cases, a more defined sketch.
• Changes are always welcome if necessary, so don’t worry if you want me to adjust or change something, just please don't take advantage of this, changes such as completely altering a pose after it has already been approved (during the line art phase), or any other drastic changes, will result in additional fees.
• Once everything has been confirmed during the sketch phase, I will start to clean up the sketch and do the linework.
• If the commission has the color option, I will start the painting and keep you updated about the process (not included on only clean lines commissions).

✦ DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

• My working time depends and can vary from 2 weeks to maybe two months.
• I can work with deadlines, as long as we discuss them; if the deadline is short, I’ll ask for an additional fee for rush service, but if the deadline is too tight, I’ll cancel the order.

✦ Payment and Fees

• My current currency is the EUR (€), but I can accept USD ($) and BRL (R$).
• You can ask for payment plans if the order costs more than +100 (EUR, USD or BRL).
• The order will only begin with half or full payment already made. The illustration will not be produced until payment is confirmed.
• Depending on the order, the price may change. If your character has many/ complex details, the price will change.
• Additional fees will apply if the client requests significant changes to the commission process; the price will vary depending on the stage of the artwork.

✦ Refunds and Cancellations

READ THIS PART CAREFULLY!• I usually don’t offer refunds when I have already started the order, but in case the commission has to be cancelled for any reason, the amount of the refund will be based on the commission progress.
• If the refund was agreed by terms, I will provide the refund as soon as I can.
• You are allowed to request a full refund if I haven't started working on your commission yet.
• If you do not like the final result and the illustration has already been delivered or is close to being completed, you are not entitled to a refund.
• You are not allowed to make any Paypal chargebacks, in this case I’ll provide the conversation between the artist and client and also my T.O.S as evidence. The client will be blacklisted for any future commission-based services, you have been warned.

✦ Communication

• You can contact me via email, discord or toyhouse. I mainly prefer discord, but feel free to choose.
• If there are any delays, changes, or anything else that needs to be communicated, I will get in touch with you as soon as possible. In any case, feel free to contact me if you need to.
